We stopped in Sweetwater to get diesel and I wandered inside the gas station only to find this glass enclosed trophy! Watch where you step in these parts. This is the record holder for the Sweetwater Rattlesnake roundup that is held each March. It is 81” long and weighed 12 pounds.

Well that is long enough for me to be in Sweetwater, Texas!!
